Safety Plan is an application designed to assist individuals in creating a comprehensive plan to address suicidal thoughts and self-harm. This app guides users through the completion of the 6 key steps of a safety plan, facilitates sharing the plan with trusted individuals, and provides guidance on implementing the plan during critical moments. Additionally, Safety Plan offers audio resources and interactive features aimed at aiding in relaxation, informative content on safety plans and suicide for both users and their support network, mood tracking functionality, and immediate access to crisis intervention services.

Developed by the National Center for PTSD Dissemination and Training Division and the Office of Mental Health and Suicide Prevention under the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Safety Plan serves as a valuable tool for individuals seeking structured support during challenging times.
